1. Integrated our executive coaching and
organization development skills to assist a newly appointed Vice
President establish himself as a business leader and create a new
organization development group. DGordon provided leadership coaching
and consulting on organization development, team development, scoping,
strategic planning, budgeting, project management, identifying
key initiatives and execution.
2. Coached the CEO of a pharmaceutical company
to articulate his leadership philosophy. Educated the senior leadership
team about effective leaders and high performing teams. Together
we created a tailored leadership profile which was integrated into
all Human Resources processes.
3. Developed a comprehensive
executive on-boarding process for a large global financial services
firm. To implement the process DGordon developed comprehensive
guidebooks and training for human resources professionals, new
hires, and hiring mangers. As a result of this process we continued
working with this client in executive coaching and in developing
and implementing additional learning programs.
4. Created
an integrated leadership model for a large utility company. As
an extension of this work we provided 360 feedback to C-suite executives.
This led to discussions with the CEO around effective succession
planning which led to facilitating meaningful succession planning
discussions with the senior executive team. Our work with them
continues. |
